Based on nearly a decade of dedicated expertise and forward-looking industry vision, Huibo Electromechanical has developed into a national high-tech enterprise that focuses on motor research and development, manufacturing, and remanufacturing, and provides low-carbon and energy-saving system solutions for motors. Recognized as a Jiangsu Provincial R&D Center and provincial “Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative” enterprise, etc., it has obtained ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and become a pioneering leader in the electromechanical industry through constant development and expansion. 

Creation: Born from the “New” 

We fuse innovation into our growth DNA and strive to pioneer the industry. Through the establishment of Huibo Motor Research Institute, multiple PhDs, experts and industry elites are brought together to form a research and development team led by Engineer Yang Zhenhe (a key contributor to China’s 863 Program). With a focus on the industry development ecosystem, we deeply integrate international cutting-edge technological concepts and reach a tripartite technical cooperation with the People’s Government of Pizhou City and the research team of Professors Liu Qiang, Yang Rui and Kang Jiayin from Jiangsu Ocean University. Meanwhile, breakthrough optimizations have been achieved in core technologies, including high-frequency low-loss soft magnetic composite material motors, disturbance suppression in high-stability permanent magnet synchronous linear motor drive systems, and torque ripple suppression for high-speed switched reluctance motors. Up to now, we have obtained more than twenty invention patents, successfully put our proprietary technology into production and transformation, and filled the gap in the industry.

With strong capability in innovation, R&D and market expansion, we accurately fulfill customer demands and have been deeply engaged in interactive research and development with XCMG Group for a long time. At the same time, all-round cooperation in all aspects such as motor design, material application, prototype manufacturing, motor testing experiment, and mass production has been carried out to provide technical and manufacturing support for the persistent innovation of engineering machinery.

We possess three industry-leading automated production lines, which feature various advanced manufacturing and testing equipment like four-column hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, cylindrical grinders, CNC machining centers, motor dynamometers and comprehensive detection systems, and are continuously improved and refined. Moreover, strict full-process quality control management ensures that each batch of product could meet the “zero defect” quality standard.

Our independently developed “Huibo Core” brand motor combines outstanding craftsmanship with reliable quality and is characterized by energy conservation and high efficiency. Due to multiple advantages like high-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance, water-cooled machines are highly favored by the market. Through sustained technological upgrade, “Huibo Core” has developed rich product lines, including YE3 and YE4 series high-efficiency energy-saving motors, YVF2 variable-frequency and variable-speed motors, YEJ2 electromagnetic brake motors, TYP series permanent magnet synchronous motors, various high-end unmanned aerial vehicle motors, as well as permanent magnet synchronous motors for new energy vehicles, etc. It has been widely applied in multiple fields such as automobiles, wind power generation, industrial and mining enterprises, water pumps, medical equipment, military industry, etc.
